Over the last eighteen months, the NRA has backed three separate gun controls at the federal level — “FIX NICS”, Bump Stock Ban, and now dangerous “Red Flag Gun Seizures”.
Needless to say, this is not what gun owners voted for when they kicked Hillary Clinton to the curb and elected Donald Trump in 2016.
It’s past time these NRA betrayals are revealed to Second Amendment supporters across the country.
That’s why the team here at the American Firearms Association (AFC) is traveling to the NRA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana at the end of this week.
The NRA knows we’re coming and they’re very unhappy about it.
And they have reason to be — even though AFC launched at the beginning of the year, our weekly online podcast already reaches between 50,000 and 85,000 gun owners nationwide.
The NRA does not want the truth to be told, and they’re especially sensitive to the “Red Flag Gun Seizure” issue.
As we told you last week, nearly 80,000 are expected at the NRA convention this weekend.
Many are there to check out the newest guns and ammo on the market, some there to see celebrities like Ted Nugent, and some there just to celebrate their Second Amendment rights.
But we estimate tens of thousands have no idea that NRA leadership is betraying them behind the scenes at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC.
We have BIG plans this weekend to reach all 80,000 of these attendees, providing them with information about the NRA’s Second Amendment sell outs.
While we cannot reveal those plans publicly because we are very aware the NRA is monitoring our grassroots activities, you will see our “Expose the NRA” program on full display in real time later in the week.
What we’re asking our supporters to do is consider making a contribution to help make this program as big as possible.
We’d love to reach all 80,000 attendees with our “Expose the NRA” program at least once during the weekend — the more resources we can raise, it will allow us to reach them two, three, possibly four times to hammer home the points.
